The lyrics of the song are a reflection of our society and the archetype of the male-female relationship. On how the man, supposedly, has to act to reach a status of (material) power and how the woman is attracted and suxccumbs to that ideal. The woman has also been taught how to play the cards in order for the man to accept her into his kingdom. That ideal is a very well constructed illusion and very well supported throughout our history, so much so that you do not consider other realities, as in The Truman Show.

That illusion is a reality.

The play began with a role already given to each of us from the day we were born, both roles are victims of the system. Music videos are short formats, in which there is no development time to go deeper, there is also no dialogue and everything must be very graphic, which is not an easy task, but the intention is to throw questions and question our behavior without sentencing it, as can happen in a first pass. Rather, its purpose is to question and become aware of the inheritance of religious, political and social factors that have influenced us without realizing it. How we adopt our person, automatically, without having given ourselves the option of considering it, recognizable, even iconic, forms of the popular imagination.

Let’s stop judging and playing the blame game, which are pre-established values, and start understanding with a critical mind. Let’s exercise our right to real freedom and think for ourselves. Let’s learn to understand and deal with our emotions in a kinder and less judgmental way to improve as a society.
